VOICES of Multimedia University (Melaka Campus), Malaysia is going to organize the 2^nd World Mandarin Debate Tournament from 11^th July 2008 to 20^th July 2008 with Lifelong Learning Malaysia and Sin Chew Daily as the joint organisers, and the Federation of Malaysian Clans and Guilds Youth Association as co-organiser.

The 1^st World Mandarin Debate Tournament has been successfully organised in June 2007. In order to continue the spirit of the 1^st tournament, the organising committee has decided to organise 2^nd World Mandarin Debate Tournament in year 2008.

The main purpose of this debate tournament is to provide an exchange platform to enable undergraduates from different countries to have a mutual discussion and contemplation exchange.
